He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Margaret Bounds (McCollum); his granddaughter Kimberly Kramer; and his siblings, Monfred Miller and Michael Bounds.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bounds (Huffman); his daughters, Gail Kramer (John) of Newark, Kathy Caudill (Sam) of Newark and Lois Romine (Mark) of Newark; and his siblings, Robert Lee Bounds of Australia, Dan Bounds (Nona) of Newark and Camilla Shepherd of Newark. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to one of the following: The American Red Cross - local district, Hospice of Central Ohio, or the Church of God of Licking County.
