We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2021, at the age of 80, Curtis W. Smith in Newark, Ohio, born in Spring Valley, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Curtis W. Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles V. Smith and Alvina C. Smith (Jordan); and his siblings, Myrtle McNeilly, Betty Hess, Norma Krenz, Ginny Schultz, Arlene Waytenick, Shirley Wenzel, Chuck, Bob and Raymond Smith.

He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Judy Smith of Dimmick, Jim Waytenick of Peru and Wayne Schultz of Mendota; and his close friends, Larry Klingler, Linda Helm and Dan Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the LIcking County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
