He was loved and cherished by many people including: his foster parent Licking; his children, Mike Evans (Cathy) of Utica, Jeff Evans, Cheryl Goodman of Newark, Melissa Daniels of Newark, Shia Glasmeier (David) of Heath, James Tice, Hayley Cole of Newark, Diane Smith of Newark, Nikki Tice, Mike Kenzel of Newark and Maryanna Houston of Newark; his wife Shirley Ann Tice; his great great grandchild Charlie Evans; and his sons, Tom Evans and Chuck Evans. He was also cherished by 25 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, whom he loved and was very proud of and many special friends.
