She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Manning and Mabel E. "Rusty" Manning (Hepburn); and her brother David Manning. She is survived by: her husband Jim Rice of Newark, Ohio; her son Todd Rice (Jamie) of Canal Winchester, Ohio; her grandson Tristan D. Rice; her siblings, Jim Manning (Linda) of Lake Hausu, AZ and Connie Morral (Bob) of Niles Valley, PA; and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
