He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy V. Deckard and Norma Jean Deckard (Loper); and his siblings, Dan Deckard and Rebecca Deckard. He is survived by : his wife Mona R. Deckard (Kimble); his children, Shawn Deckard (Brynn) and Kathy Corbin (Greg); his siblings, Phyllis Benner (Dave), Regina McKnight, Roy "Wick" Deckard (Connie) and Sherry; his grandchildren, Rya "Jay" Shepherd (Doug), Kayla Corbin, Bethany "Runt" Corbin, Vanessa Corbin, Gianna "GiGi" Deckard, Garrett Corbin, Brady Crawmer, Keegan Deckard and Gracie Deckard; his great grandchildren, EvaLynn Shepherd and Michael Shepherd; and his close friend Pete Jacks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews: and cousins.
