It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henrietta A. Wilkin of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henrietta A. Wilkin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mencer and Agalia Payne Robinson; her former husband John Harvey Ware; her husband Henry Sox Wilkin; and her sons, David F. Ware and Henry "Hank" Wilkin.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Anne Campbell (Duane); and her grandchildren, Diane Griffith, Roger Ware and Amanda Goldstein. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made in Henrietta's name to the American Cancer Society or the Licking County Humane Society.
