He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baker and Clarissa Baker (Livingston); his brother Richard Baker; and his half-sister Alice Goodin.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky Fork Cemetery (11950 Wilkins Run Rd NE, Newark, OH 43055).
