He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Thompson and Geraldine Thompson (Eaton); and his brother Cecil Jr. Thompson. He is survived by : his wife Tina M. Thompson (Bunker); his children, Luke Thompson of Newark, Scott Thompson (Bobbi Garverick) of Galion and Jeralyn Thompson (Scott Pheneger) of Tampa Florida; and his siblings, Roger Thompson (Barb) of Mansfield, Brenda Patrick of Galion and Barb Chartier (Terry) of Galion.
