She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Allberry and Ethel Allberry (Richards); her former life partner Ernest Whittington; her siblings, Cecil Allberry, James Allberry and Mabel Whittington; and her son David Whittington.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald K. Bailey; her son Ralph Whittington (Vonda); her granddaughters, Tisha Barnes, Crystal Lucas and Kerstyn Whittington (Rijos); her great grandchildren, Melissa, Wade, Hannah, Marley, Emma, Melvin, Jonathan and Hope; and her sister Betty Cook.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the Church at God's Acres, 675 North Cedar Street, Newark, Ohio 43055.
