He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Webb (Grooms). He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Kay Webb, Amy Sue King (Julian) and Jayne Marie Bayliss (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Cotton Scott Zigo, Logan Jean-Marie Zigo, Trenton Jessie Alan Bayliss and Tristan Scott Bayliss; and his brothers, Larry Webb (Shelby) and Gary Webb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
