She is survived by: her children, Terence R. Cost of Newark, Tracy Randall Cost (Mildred) of Newark and Tamara Wagner of Newark; her grandchildren, Lisa Stokes, Kimberly Davis, Trent Cost and Travis Cost; and her brother Daniel Rice (Joann) of Newark. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
