He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lee Brush and Randall Lee Brush; his grandchildren, Erin Reeves (Kasey) and Derek Brush (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Riley, Grady Reeves, Derek Jr and Jessie Brush; and his brother William Brush.
