She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Wilson and Vivian Wilson (Crihfield); and her husband James Reed Penick. She is survived by: her son David R. "Sam" Penick (Amy Davis); and her grandson Reed Penick.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Licking County Humane Society, or any other charities that helps animals.
