He is survived by : his children, Larry Carter of Newark, Jerry Carter (Brenda) of Lancaster, Terrie Corry of Louisville, KY and Bill Carter (Kelly) of Pickerington; and his brother Joe Carter (Linda). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
