He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Inlow and Louise Inlow (Rogers); his wife Carol; his son Shae; his grandsons, Adam and Mark; his sisters, Verna and Brenda; and his niece Denise.

He is survived by: his children, Christine (Alan), Mary, Kevin, Kelly (Bret) and Keila (Bryan); his grandchildren, Tosha, Timothy, Nicholas, Christopher, Geoffrey and Michael; and his brother Steve. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
