It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Louise Chacey (Newark, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 10, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John H. Chacey; and her sons, James M. Chacey (Leslie) of Newark, Edward D. Chacey (Lisa) of Mt. Vernon, Steven A. Chacey (Valerie) of Newark and Chris L. Chacey (Jennifer) of Newark. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
It was Sally's wish that her body be donated to The Ohio State University, Division of Anatomy-Body Donation Program.
