He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Suzanne) and Maryann; and his brother Michael Rostocil. He is survived by: his spouse Honie Sigley; his children, Brittney Gaines (William), William Christopher Sigley, Alyssa Rose Sigley and Nathan Sigley; his grandchildren, Jordan Gaines, Mia Gaines and William David Gaines III; his sister Tracie Hanzel; his sibling's children, Joe, Krista, Destiny and Bernetta; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ariele, Roselynn and Zane.
The family will receive friends to celebrate the life of Stephen at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) WEDNESDAY, December 8, 2021 from 4-7 p. m. with a prayer service at 7 p. m. Masks and social distancing requested.
