He is survived by: his grandson Zach; his wife Darlene; his daughter Shirley Toth (John) of Chardon; his sister Kathy Dysert of Utah; and his children, Debbie Carroll Kelety, Donna Kinsel, Mark Carroll, Doug Carroll and Patti Batchhelder.
