He is survived by: his daughter Candi Legner; his siblings, Les Malicek, Mary Ann Walz (Don), Jeannie Portwood (Joe) and Teresa Malicek; and his friend Gary Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
