She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil E. Fetty and Kathleen Hayes Fetty; her sisters, Anise Noel, Delores Zeigler and Betty Fetty; her parents-in-law, Rolla and Lillian Turner; and her brother-in-law John F. Turner.

She is survived by : her daughter Susan; her aunt Barbara; her uncle Roy Smith; her husband William P. "Bill" Turner; her son Jeffrey D. Turner of Newport, OH; her son-in-law Andy Cosper of St. Marys, WV.; her grandchildren, Andrew T. Cosper, Arik B. Turner, Maya Z. Turner (Owen Hartshorn) and Aidan M. Cosper (Makenzie Link); her brother Cecil L.; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Turner Hutchison of Newport, OH and Tim Turner (Sue) of Newport, OH.; and her niece Sabrina Cochrane. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
