She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. and Ethel Rae Shaffer; her brother Jim Shaffer (Barbara) of Pennsylvania; and her husband Ray Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Paul S. (Karen Jo), Dale R. Vaughn (Colleen) and Ellen Rae Vaughn (Debbie) of Niles. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
