She was predeceased by : her parent David Zenczak; and her siblings, Bron Millik, Agnes Balintfi, Walter, John, Pete, Joseph and George Zenczak.

She is survived by : her parent Mary Delynko Zenczak; her husband George O'Connell; and her daughter Mary Lee Scarmuzzi (Jerry) of Niles.
