It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Carnicom (North Baltimore, Ohio), born in Bowling Green, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Monroe Carnicom of Cleveland and Marshall Carnicom; and his siblings, Jeremy Carnicom of Jerry City, Jessi Clark (Arney) of Jerry City, Wendy Welly (Mark) of New Reigle and JoLynn Stauffer of Bloomdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Smith-Crates Funeral Home.
