With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Robert Addicott Jr. of North Bloomfield, Ohio, born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Pauline (Mullen) and Dale Robert Addicott, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Dale R. Addicott, III of North Bloomfield, Kevin M. Addicott (Sylvia) of Champion and Tiffany R. Addicott of North Bloomfield, Ohio; his siblings, Paula, Chris, Caroline, Rebecca, Jody, Mark and Jeff; and his grandchildren, Lizzie, Olivia, Daniel, Taylor and Sofia.
