He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Adams and Donna Adams. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hurst (JayDee), Daisha Osmon (John) and Charles "Chaz" Adams; his grandchildren, Logan Hurst, Taylor Hurst, Graham Osmon, Spencer Osmon and Marqaux Osmon; and his sisters, Cheryl McGowen (Donnie), Karen Baumgardner (Jim) and Melinda Cassell (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
