It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kevin Lee Smith of North Lewisburg, Ohio, born in Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Scott Smith. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Smith, Amanda Shirk and Brittany Smith; his grandchildren, Tallie Crabtree, Zachary Shirk Jr., Parker Shirk, Jaylynn, Jordan, Jazmyne Fyffe and Zabulan Pitzer; and his siblings, Greg Smith (Deb), Larry Smith, Douglas Smith, Darla Evilsizor, Paula Clarke and Lorenda Williams (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
