She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Gavlik and Agnes Gavlik. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Fehlner and Linda Minter (late Bill); and her siblings, Phyllis Cmar and Richard Gavlik. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; her nephew.
