He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Fain and Elma Fain; his son Donald Fain, Jr.; and his siblings, Lelia Mae Barker, Rita Lee, Carl Fain, Sr. (Mary), Bernard Fain (Kathy) and Tommy.

He is survived by : his wife Michelle Fain; his son Ronald Fain (Shawna); his grandchildren, Sharon, Dustin, Matthew, Joshua, Brandon and Amber; and his sister Ruth Ann Blankenship (late Vern).
