She was predeceased by: her spouse Adam Busony. She is survived by: her children, Rodger Busony (Maria) and Lori Czekaj (Phil); her grandchildren, Hanna Busony, Adam Busony, Megan Unfried (Lee) and Kaitlin Czekaj; and her siblings, Bernard Hoover, Debbie Klym, Pat Harding, Paulene Matava and Tom Hoover.
