She is survived by: her parent Christine "Terry"; her children, Nathan Meadows, Miranda Meadows and Mia Meadows; her grandparent Christine Shaw; her siblings, Steve, Paul, Lynne (Jim), Lori and Lisa; her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Doug, Samantha, Autumn and Cherished; her aunts and uncles, Gil, Jeff, Sue (late Dennis) and Patty (Jerry); and her friends, Dedra, Dawn and Barbie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help offset medical expenses for Michelle.
