It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip J. Melicant (North Olmsted, Ohio), who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Melicant and Mary Melicant; and his wife Judith Melicant. He is survived by : his sons, Phillip Melicant Jr. (Tina), David Melicant and Kevin Melicant; his grandchildren, Carter Melicant, Paige Melicant, Brandon Melicant and Kayden Melicant; and his sisters, Diane Garmon and Marianne Melicant-Manzo (Eric).

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Sunset Memorial Park.
