In loving memory of Theresa A. Callahan of North Olmsted, Ohio, who departed this world on July 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Theresa leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Theresa is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Theresa's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Patty Callahan-Shular (Ted), John (Karla), Patrick, Joe, Kevin (Brandy) and Chris (Renee); and her sisters, Diana Surmitis, Virginia Hilliard and Maria Jibran.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ignatius of Antioch Church (10205 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111).
