He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Merriman and Margaret Merriman; and his sister Margaret Spellman (Paul). He is survived by: his spouse Clare Merriman; his children, Traci Skok (David) and Matt Merriman (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Madison, Jack, Colin Skok, Rachel and Michael Merriman; and his siblings, Tom Merriman (Marsha), Kathy Glass (Tom) and Frank Merriman.
