She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Kulik (Matt) of Tallmadge; her granddaughter Olivia Kulik; and her sisters, Carol Fox (George) of Wilmington, Anne Daugherty (Don) of Stow and Susan Krezman (Brian) of Elyria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
