He was predeceased by: his son Zachary; his sisters, Dorothy and Brenda (Jim); and his parents, James Roberts and Shirley Roberts.

He is survived by: his wife Tina Roberts; his children, James, Matthew (Danielle), Kyle (Mariah), Joseph (Katie), Dina (Gary), Angel, Caryn (Richard), Elizabeth and Sara; his sister Pam; his grandchildren, Christian, Briana, Kara, Milo, Mya, Preston, Ethan, Mikey, Kayleigh, Reagan, Audrey, Owen, Staci, Max, Rayalyn, Raylan and Nora; and his great grandchild Ellie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
