He was predeceased by : his parents, John Herman and Essie Mills; and his siblings, Arlington Smith, Albert Mills and Gwendolyn Turner.
He is survived by : his wife Sally Mills; his brother Donald Mills (Anzel) of Phoenix, Arizona; his daughters, Vicky Mills, Laura Range (Douglas) and Stacey Mills-Thomas (Derek); his grandchildren, Eric Evans, Chrishone Lee (Lawrence), Brandon, Ashley, Christin Range and Makayla Wooten; and his great grandchildren, London, Brooke and Erica Evans.
