He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell and Dorothy; his wife Patricia; and his nephew BJ Campbell. He is survived by : his sisters, Carolyn Alexander and Maralyn Glendenning; and his nieces, Tracy O'Barr (Chris), Lisa Alexander (Kevin Madzia), Jennifer Pollack (Chris) and Kimberly Campbell.
