She is survived by : her husband Bill; her children, Caleb Chase of San Antonio, TX, Victoria Chase of Medina and Ben Chase (Nicole Bunjevac) of Medina; her granddaughter Andi Chase; and her siblings, Cheryl Wrenn (Jason) of California and Robert Perry (Melanie).
