She is survived by: her husband Russell; her sister Judy; her children, Pam and Gary; her daughter-in-law Dawn; her stepsons, Brett and Russell E.; and her niece Kimberly. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Barbara donated annually to hospice as her charity of choice. It is the family's wish that memorial contributions be made to Cleveland Clinic Hospice, PO Box 931517, Cleveland, Ohio 44193-1655.
