He is survived by : his former life partner Patricia Smith; his daughters, Katja and Erika (Patricia); his wife Stephanie; his sister Karin Johns (Edward); and his nephew Ted Gleis (Mary Jo) of Kentucky. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters and several great grandchildren.
