It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Eby of Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 91, on January 21, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph Stein and Cora Stein (Smith); her husband Charles Eby; and her siblings, Vernita Schneider (Olin), Edgar Stein (Harriet) and Doris Gatzke (George).
She is survived by : her close friend Dareyl Smith of Norwalk, Ohio; her children, Carolyn Metzger (Mike) of Shelby and Jeff Eby (Janet) of Avon, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kristin Ruby (Jason), Scott Metzger (Stephanie), Beth Kusnerik (Rob) and Steven Eby (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Jenna, Mason, Drew, Hannah, Emily and Jeremiah; and also, Steve Smith (Janna), Ron Smith (Betsy), Jeanne Leber (Ken) and Scott Smith (Tonda).
Due to COVID-19 concerns there will be no public visitation, however a public graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville, on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 beginning at 11 a. m. with Pastor Ann Marshall officiating. Guests are reminded to wear a mask and practice all current social distancing and mass gathering guidelines.
