He is survived by: his wife Vivienne; his daughters, Lisa and Julie; his sister Marcia; his brother-in-law John; his brother Matt; his sister-in-law Paula; his siblings' children, Abby, Stephanie, Nick, Adam, Alexis, Aric, Lindsey and Lukas; his aunts and uncles, Donna, Joanne (Chuck), Tim (Terry) and Mike (Mary); his friend Chris Bellman; and his close friend Bob Kedler. He is also survived by relatives, friends, neighbors.
