He is survived by: his children, Darlene Sutton-Bey (Tony) of Texas, Tanya Cleveland-Williams of Virginia, Renee Cleveland-Harris of Virginia, Terry Cleveland of California, Shawn Cleveland of Ohio, Gary Montique of New York and Johnathan Whitfield Sr. (Shannon) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Kevin Watkins (Jazmine) of Ohio, Stephon Hazelwood of Ohio, Mary Cleveland of California, Tanya Hudson (Adam) of Ohio, Alisha Harris of Virginia and Johnathan Whitfield Jr. (Whitney) of Ohio; and his former wife Sally Whitfield.
