He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Carl and Gladys Lucile Agler (Hoffman). He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon A. Carr of Van Wert and Bobbie Englehart (Mark) of Antwerp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
