She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter B. Ishman and Elma Ishman (Rea); her husband Donald E. Kaber; her son Dennis W. Kaber; her sons-in-law, Dale McCollum and Dennis Simpkins; and her siblings, Genevieve Dixon (Don), Edith Geer (Martin), Lois Geer (Ed) and Ben Ishman (Sarah).

She is survived by : her children, Susan Simpkins of Shelby, Charles Kaber of Jamestown, TN, Dick Kaber (Jill) of Ontario, David Kaber Shelby and Nancy Metzger (Carl) of Shelby. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.
