Charles Neal Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Neal and Gladys Neal (Roberts); his sister-in-law Mary Kay Smith; and his nephew Keith Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Bahnsen); his daughters, Lori Rapp (Jeff Fork), Karen Stubbins (Steve), Amy Masell (Kelly) and Jennifer Neal; his grandchildren, Ryan Rapp (McKenzie), Ian Rapp, Bradley Stubbins (Jenny), Brittney Stubbins, Konnor (Emily), Katie, Kylea, Koen and Annalise Masell; and his sisters, Sylvia Causer (Jerry) and Darlene Mead (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
