He is survived by: his mother Ginger Smith (Freddie); his children, Seth, Kaleb and Alexus; his sister Courtney Cousino (Aaron); his significant other Roxie Parker; and his grandparents, Sue and Denny Grubb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
