He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Gallagher; his grandchildren, Cassandra Burton (Amy), Melinda Osthimer (Jacob), Nicholas Espinoza and Oralia Espinoza; and his brother Reynold Yates (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
