With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Matthews (Oregon, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sisters, Donna Jaskowski and Judy Boos (Leonard); her parents, Lee Webb and Julia Webb (Killen); her daughter Linda Collier; and her grandson Richard Vargo.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Peth (Melvin) and Ricarda Young (Dave); and her son-in-law John Collier. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
