She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Nopper and Roberta Nopper (Newcomb); and her great grandchild Nora Moomey. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Keiser; her children, Kim Parman (Richard), Ronald Keiser (Laura Foreman), Kathy Hall (Rodney), Raymond Keiser (Debby), Karol Symons (Richard), Richard Keiser (Lyn), Kristine Keiser (Andrew Nagypaul), Robert Keiser and Kelly Keiser (Glen Lorah); and her close friend Suzanne Kothari. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
